Solution-synthesized perovskite CH3NH3PbBr3 display high-crystallinity versatile structures at micrometer scale -- wires, cubes and plates, which enable well-defined research of this material on the settings of optics, electronics, optoelectronics, such as solar cells, lasers, photodetectors, and light-emitting diodes. This research content was part of a PhD dissertation published previously at: http://commons.lib.niu.edu/handle/10843/21486
